Ever have a real estate agent give you the means to fire him at the same time that you hire him?  That's exactly what I do with all of my clients.  I call it the Easy Out Listing Program because I give my clients a guarantee that I will sell their house in 90 days or they can easily fire me.  I also give them the ability to fire me at any time if they are not satisfied with the work I am doing for them.

Many agents will try to hold on to your listing with excuses that they have to get agreement from their broker to let you out of your listing contract, but that just isn't how I work.

At any time, if you find you don't want to work with me then I'll release your listing imediately.  I'll even give you the necessary paperwork at your request.
