Introduction
Hello everyone!
My name is Dan McClure, and you've probably come from my website at DanMhomes.com. The purpose of my blog is to help spread knowledge about real estate from the perspective of someone on the inside. You can expect me to periodically post about topics that I've been learning in my career in real estate that may help you, or just be good for you to know. I may post about something I've learned that will be usefull, or perhaps post an aswer to a question that my clients (or audience) asked that could help other people. There are a couple of projects that I've been working on that I'd like to share with you as well. My partner and I developed a system to help Renters become Owners. As you know, an owner is really investing in himself, whereas a renter is giving that profit building right to his/her landlord.
